Return & Refund Policy 

At OMELUNA, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us that’s why we offer a clear, fair, and globally applicable return and refund policy.


30-Day Return & Cancellation Right (Global + EU-Compliant)

You have the right to return or cancel your order within 30 days from the date of delivery for any reason, no explanation needed.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Including all tags and proof of purchase

This policy applies to all customers worldwide, and also complies with the EU right of withdrawal.


Returns & Exchanges – How It Works

  1. Download and complete the return form (available on our website)

  2. Ship the item(s) along with the completed form to the return address provided.

    Important: Always include a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

  3. Receive your refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.


Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@omeluna.com. We'll resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • You’ll be notified via email

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
