Returns & Exchanges – How It Works

Download and complete the return form (available on our website)

Ship the item(s) along with the completed form to the return address provided.
Important: Always include a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.

Receive your refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@omeluna.com. We'll resolve the issue quickly and at no cost to you.
